Script should gain root rights itself instead of asking to be launched with

When launched directly via Nautilus, the script just ask to be launched as root via sudo , this should be done automatically by asking user password.

Yes, the script currently only works in the terminal. I'll try to add this in the new version - if I'll be releasing it as it seems GetDeb and other repositories are not ready for Maverick yet and I may not have enough time to release it.
