Ubuntu Preferences menu shows one thing and does another

Bug Description
Hi all,
This is on Ubuntu One 1.0.723.1147 (found by right-clicking at the tray icon) . The Ubuntu One preferences menu says its disconnected, the bar above says 1% used and the ubuntu tray icon is moving back and forth (meaning traffic is moving) . Although at what rate and how much is not known.
Attaching a screenshot of the same. This is on a dual-core Intel Machine running Windows xpsp2

The spinning icon is a known issue. Regarding the dialog, it does state what it is correct.You ar enot syncing and you have used a 1% of the amount of space in your account. I'm marking this bug as a duplicate of 680349
