Bug Description
The UbuntuOne.msi installer shows the CPL text and asks the user to click to agree to the terms of the license.
Ideally, the user should not have to agree to licensing terms here, and they agree to the Terms of Service when registering an account, not when installing the software.
If it is truly necessary to show the license page, then the text should be updated with a friendly human readable summary at the top, listing the various licenses involved (AGPL, GPL, CPL?, BSD, etc.), and the license text below the human readable summary.
