Some tray options don't work

Bug Description
When I right click the Ubuntu One tray icon and select Open Ubuntu One or Open the Ubuntu One folder, nothing happens.
Also the options to connect/disconnect do nothing.
I confirmed this in Windows 7.
This was reported on a support request by Marius Raht.
