Bug Description
Installed Ubuntu one on xp sp3, when I start Uubuntu One, I get, "this application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem". I used Revo to completely uninstall Ubuntu One, and reinstalled with a fresh copy, but no joy, still get the same message when I start it.

Same problem while installing as simple user or as administrator.
