Sync daemon doesn't have limit for CPU usage

Problem:

After add bunch of files to Ubuntu One folder ubuntuone-syncdaemon.exe takes all cpu power for himself. While this process working I unable work with computer - incredibly lag I can only stare to monitor while his finish.

Info:
Last time I saw this problem (I'm pretty new U1 user) when add folder with ~2700 files, ~1000 folders (all files size ~55mb).
My PC: Pentium4 3GHZ, 3GB Ram, WindowsXP Pro 64bit SP2.

I know It should be hard for sync deamon take care all of these files, however I was used dropbox for a long time and have no problem with lag even with bigger file packs.
