Bug Description

Mac icon files (.icns) are created by generating .pngs of the icons at various sizes with special names, then putting them into a folder named ending in .iconset and running a utility.

This page has details of the many resolutions an icon may be displayed at, and how to create and test the .icns:
https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/AppleHIGuidelines/IconsImages/IconsImages.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/20000967-SW7

Once we have the .icns file, the setup-mac script needs a minor tweak to include it.
