unknown publisher when uninstalling

Bug Description
After installing ubuntuone 3.0.2 on windows 7, I tried to uninstall it:
On the start menu, I selected All Programs > Ubuntu One > Uninstall Ubuntu One.
A User Account Control dialog appeared, saying that the publisher is unknown. The publisher should be Canonical.
When I installed it, the publisher was correct. The problem is only when uninstalling.
