Bug Description

When uploading mp3's often the mp3 tags aren't extracted leaving music tagged with 'unknown artist'.

Making a trivial change to the tag causing the files to be uploaded again fixed it last time but not this.

Even mp3's purchased from ubuntu one music store in rhythmbox, though they are properly tagged, let some tracks parsed incorrectly server-side, leading to unknown artist / unknown album classification in ubuntu one music (web, android, and iphone affected).
