If you stop a folder from being synced, the folder itself is removed. A warning message states: "Are you sure you want to stop syncing this folder? This will NOT delete the folder on your computer."
No mention is made about the folder is about to be removed from server.
There should be a clear warning that the only way to get the folder on your cloud again, you're forced to re-upload it entirely.
Since you could get many many files in a single folder, I think a such warning is necessary
