Bug Description
STR:
1. Set up sync with Facebook
2. Decide that something is wrong, remove all contacts using "Select All", "Delete"
3. Find out that there are no facebook contacts too
4. Cancel facebook sync, receive info that facebook sync is canceled
5. Set up facebook sync again
Expected results:
Facebook contacts should appear
Actual results:
Nothing appears.
WORKAROUND - delete 'contacts' database from couchdb.
