User name does not update

Bug Description
Using ubuntuone-
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Ubuntu One control panel
2. Click "Edit account details" button under "Account" tab
3. Update Full Name filed on SSO account edit web page
4. Close Ubuntu One control panel
5. Open Ubuntu One control panel in "Account" tab
Result: User name is not changed
Expected result: User name entered in step 3 (on SSO account edit page) is displayed
NOTE: If the username is changed in the U1 admin for the account, then the name change shows up

Hi Joshua,
The control panel receives the account info from our servers. The problem is that our servers do not update the user name from SSO until the user logs out and in again, so I'm reassigning to the proper project.
