Add email, phone, etc. buttons on contacts web UI don't work

Tested in Firefox 3.6.16 on Ubuntu 10.10 and Firefox 4 & Chromium 10.0.648.205 (81283) on Natty.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://one.ubuntu.com/contacts
2. Click on a contact
3. Click the "Edit Contact" link
4. Click on any of the following links: Add email, Add phone, Add address, Add IM, Add URL

Result: Nothing happens, no errors to the console
Expected result: Add email, phone, etc. field appears

Looks like this one is back again. Tested using Chromium 15 and Firefox 8 and all the "Add xxxxx..." links don't work.

seems like this bug still exists. or maybe exists again. i dont know.

a look into the browsers console a javascript error: "Uncaught ReferenceError: newSelectName is not defined" in one of the YUI files. hope this information helps ;-)

Yep, it's baaaaaack. Confirmed today on Firefox 17.0.1 and Chromium 20.0.1132.47 on Ubuntu 12.04.

today everythings seems to work, cannot reproduce that misbehavior. thanks, i guess ;-)
