web page sometimes requires refresh to stop showing a deleted folder

Bug Description
This is what i did:
1- get a folder with thousands of files
2- select "delete folder"
3- click "ok" to confirm
4- see that nothing happens for a while.
5- delete another folder
6- see it go away
7- try to delete the first folder again
8- nothing happens
9- refresh
10- folder gone
maybe the folder just needed to be marked as "deletion in progress" or something like that.

It would seem that the problem is that it sometimes takes a long time to return, so we should show some sort of spinner while it deletes.
