Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https:/
2. Click "Add Contact"
3. Set "Last Name" to start with #
4. Save contact
5. Click on "#" link on left
6. Click on contact starting with #
Result: Refreshes to main contact page
Expected result: Able to view contact details and then edit or delete
