We have now successfully opened up replication for the first batch of users, and will continue to open up as thing stabilize. The accounts are being enabled in order of creation, so our oldest users will see replication kick in already, and gradually over next week the rest of the accounts.

Will update this bug again when all the accounts are re-enabled.
