Bug Description

I made a purchase on 5/15/2010. The music has yet to show up on my Ubuntu One Account. In Rythumbox uopon clicking on purchased music i get the following error "There was a (temporary) problem getting your list of purchased songs. Please wait a short time and then try again, or return to the music store."

The response from 7digial was simply "Hello,

We're sorry but this issue would be better addressed by the Ubuntu One team.

Please use the Ubuntu One support resources at https://one.ubuntu.com/support to contact them. IRC (chat) is always the fastest way to get assistance, but you could also open a bug. Searching the open bugs is a good way to discover if the issue has been previously reported by another customer. Information about all of these resources is included on the Ubuntu One Support page.

When contacting the Ubuntu One team about your issue, providing as much detail as possible should result in a faster resolution."

Thanks for the reply. I'm checking with other members of the team who have access to admin tools so they can determine why the songs were not transferred from 7digital to Ubuntu One.

I am getting the same message ("There was a (temporary) problem getting your list of purchased songs. Please wait a short time and then try again, or return to the music store.") and no music files have appeared in my Ubuntu One account (https://one.ubuntu.com/files).
