New and Browse links from My Downloads page go to to the wrong places

Bug Description
"New" points to a different list of new releases compared to the home page.
"Browse" lands at an error-ish page and does not land at the browse page. The "Browse" link from the store home works correctly.

"New" works for me, but "Browse" fails for me, too.
