Bug Description
The header and footer for the My Downloads page should match the rest of the music store.
Currently, if you maximize Rhythmbox, the header content splits to being partly aligned left and partly aligned right. It should match the rest of the store which keeps all header content in the same place no matter how large or small your window.
The My Downloads footer should match the footer of the rest of the music store. This includes using the same links for system requirements, T&Cs, privacy policy and help.
