Bug Description
When I enter my Birth date in contacts within the web interface I do so in UK (GB) format, but as soon as I save it switches to another format altogether, (JP?) and yet my "Start Date:" Subscription Details is in another format again! (looks like US).
Can we either have regional settings or at-least make date fields plain text?
