Right now, it is very easy to download individual files from the web interface. However, I would find it very helpful to be able to download whole directory structures from the web interface. This could be done using a zip or tar file.

Yeah, I think it's something glaringly missing in the UI. Perhaps it could be replaced in the meantime with an option to resync folders to a connected computer (for instance, if something was deleted off One and the end user wanted to re-download the folder). (Please?)

Ubuntu one suffers from a serious lack of features. This one is a really necessary feature that any web ui online storage site must have. Please do the needful.
