Bug Description
Using the web interface for UbuntuOne, I am not able to move files around from one folder to another.

David: Thanks for the bug report! You are more than correct, you cannot currently move files between folders in the web interface.
We should absolutely build the functionality to do this, although there are a list of things to make better about the existing interface before building new features, so it may take some time.
