I had a problem with... I had one file in my account, I clicked on it, and now suddenly it is gone. I know it is gone because UbuntuOne now says I have 0.0% used where as I used to have 0.4% used. This has to be a bug because I did not click on anything to remove or delete it. It was just deleted by itself! |

I just uploaded a different file, and realize I might have hit the delete button. The fact that I had to go back to confirm this is scary. It was not clear to me at all at the time as I was just "clicking around" that the system would be implemented without a delete confirmation, an un-delete, or a trash-bin. The fact that I can accidentally hit the delete button and loose my whole document without being asked or anyway to get it back is super super scary. I thought UbuntuOne would be a good way to keep files safe, but they need to be safe from these kind of mistakes too! |
