Web client should show files that are being uploaded

It would be nice if the web client showed files that are being uploaded as well as those that have already been uploaded. Then the user could set the sharing options, and have them go into effect once the upload was complete.

Hm. You can't set sharing options on individual files, and the folder you're uploading to (on which you would set the sharing options) must already be there to upload to it from the web UI.

Is this for the case where you are uploading from the desktop?

I filed this bug before I had ever shared a file. (I was waiting on a
large upload.) I thought you could share on a per-file basis.

Is there any reason we can't share a single file? Folders are files
too... ;)
