faq to install in kubuntu doesn't work on 13.04

doesn't work on kubuntu 13.04.

Here's the message:

the change I made was slight, I left out the "--with-icon which allowed
kde to configure and place a menu icon that I could then copy to the
panel or desktop. with the original command-line the install hung on
