Bug Description
Currently we don't provide anything other than drm-free mp3.
In the current plugin-based music-store If a user buys a release that has both mp3 and flac for example they will only receive the mp3 version.
To fix this we need to
* Update the key in download records so it includes the format as id or extension.
* Ensure that historical keys without this still work (iirc the key is used to look up data when the locker file is rationalised against download records)
* Provide logic that adds the right formats as available and queues them on the dld
* Expose the different formats in the ui.
