/files/shareoffer link does not actually get you the files

Bug Description
1. Email arrives containing 'https:/
2. Clicking on click takes you to SSO + 2FA authenication
3. Forwarded to https:/
4. The actual files are no-where to be seen.
5. The user is shown a fancy "Join" diagram.
Ideally, if a user receives a /shareoffer link containing a directory/files, the receipent should actually be able to *get/download* the files. Doubly so if they've completed SSO successfully.
