Bug Description
When Ubuntu One is having an outage, the music store maintenance page is not very informative. We currently display the attached pages.
u1ms-maint-1.png - displays for a few seconds but could appear for very briefly before redirecting to u1ms-maint-2.png
u1ms-maint-2.png - though it does give the user the ability to reload, it is not informative of the actual problem
