mail from 7digitial contains link to "locker" but that can't be accessed

I just bought a album from the store and got the mail from 7ditigial about the payment etc. Now the album did not download (it did eventually but I was impatient and the status update was a bit problematic, but that is a seperate issue). So I wanted to access the "locker" The mail I got says:

Um sofort auf Ihre Downloads zugreifen zu können, gehen Sie in Ihren 7digital^M
Locker <https://de.7digital.com/locker>.* ^M
-> (in order to access your downloads right now, go to https://de.7digital.com/locker

I did that and it would not let me login nor send me a password when clicking on "forgot my password". Instead
it claims it does not know my mail address. This is rather confusing :) Its fine if I can not use the 7digital site
directly, but I think we should point this out in the mail (or instead send custom mail).
