Cannot access my downloads after album was refunded

Bug Description

I had an album refunded from 7digital as it would not download properly, and ever since (~2 weeks) I receive the message "There was a (temporary) problem getting your list of purchased songs. Please wait a short time and then try again, or return to the music store." when trying to access my downloads. This could be related to a problem with the free space in my ubuntu one account, #603270.

Does this message take up the entire screen of the My Downloads page so you can't see any of your past downloads?

Hi Matt,
Yes, there is just a white page with that message at the top. I bought one album after the message was displayed for the first time and the album actually downloaded, I just can't access the downloads screen

Gotcha. This is a known issue and we're doing some testing to better understand the cause. Sorry about that. A fix should be deployed soon.

My purchased songs are no longer downloading at all, is there any news on the fix to get "my downloads" working again so that I might troubleshoot this problem?
