Queue item context menu should include download/remove download options

Bug Description
The context menu for items in the queue only displays "remove" and "remove all." To actually pre-download a file or remove a download you have to access the library. Adding the ability to add and remove songs from the cache directly from the queue will provide a more seamless experience.
**Note that this is truly a feature request. If this is filed the wrong place, my apologies.**
