Bug Description

1. Tap "Files".
2. Try to upload a file.

The top level looks like a folder listing, but the usual "+" button for uploading a file is absent.

This could be fixed in several ways. For example:

a. Add the "+" button. Whenever you upload from the top level, above the photo chooser, include a picker button showing Ubuntu One as the default folder for uploading to. Once you've selected a file too, automatically navigate to the screen for the selected folder, revealing the uploaded file(s).

b. Use a different appearance for the top level, to clarify that it isn't a folder itself.

c. Change the title of the screen from "Files" to "Choose a Folder".

d. (Last resort) Add a caption below the title of the screen: "To upload files, first choose a folder."
