Qt control panel shouldn't use orange buttons with arrows

Bug Description
The orange buttons used by the Qt control panel look out of place in the default Ubuntu desktop, where buttons use a neutral color selected by the system theme.
The arrows in the buttons also don't fit in with other Ubuntu apps.
