Bug Description
If you change the bandwidth limit but keep the cursor on the textfield, and then click the close button, then the change will not be saved.
This can be a little confusing. It would be better to tell the user that there are unsaved changes or just to check if the textfield was modified when the close event is received, and save the property just as it is done when it looses the focus.
To reproduce:
1. Open Ubuntu One Control Panel.
2. Go to the Devices tab.
3. Check the checkbox Limit file sync bandwith usage.
4. Set Max upload speed to 256 KiB/s.
5. Close the application.
6. Open Ubuntu One Control Panel.
7. Go to the Devices tab.
