I definitely still see this running the control panel on Ubuntu with the "-style windows" argument.

As you can see in the screenshot attached, this has different problems depending on the system style, i've talking with Alsina, and we suggest to add a vertical line at the right margin (currently we have border lines at the top, bottom and left margin).
I've try some options, but only fix partially the problem, and only in the system were the problem is only at the bottom of the scrollbar (not at the top).
