Bug Description

In the "Syncing your computer with the cloud" (wizard page), the list of folders is shorten if the "need more storage" button is shown (try to add a folder that will take up all your free space).

It would be nice to have the required space in the UI to show this, so the list folder will not expand/collapse automatically.

It turns out it's quite tricky to reserve space for widgets that are not visible.

Currently, what happens is that if the user goes over quota with his selection, the list will shorten a bit, and those widgets will appear.

While not exactly great, it's not exactly horrible, either. So, pushing down to low priority.
