account info: plan details needs improvements

Bug Description
Original report:
Using natty beta2 (0.9.5 or 0.9.6), the "your service" box in the account tab display the account and storage details in english and those strings don't seem to show on rosetta as to translate
Latest ToDos:
* we need the current account info to also send a list of all the plans that the user has, so we can, on one hand, translate if needed, and on the other, split mobile from storage info.

Hi Seb!
As per one of the comments in bug #718629, we're not fixing this for this cycle since the storage/service info is sent from the server as a fixed string, and we can't provide a translation for that.
