Bug Description

When control panel starts you can see a screen with some text that's clipped and not readable.

Lowering the priority since right now the text is not clipped but the overview screen is shown for a fraction of second before morphing to the main panel.

I vote for a fix. Every time that I see buttons I try to click them. And if I don't expect them, and they don't seem to do anything, it's a little frustrating.

However, I agree with the low priority. The buttons don't seem to do anything, so it won't affect the user for more than some seconds.

If you hide the buttons, then it's going to look like a splash screen :p

Since we migrated to the Qt control panel in the latest versions, and are in the process of backporting it to previous releases, and this is not a critical bug, we will not be fixing it.
