Bug Description
Taskbar icon should show offline status (disable network connection to test). Right now taskbar icon looks like it's syncing.
Should also show offline status if no auth token is present.
This is required for beta.

On windows vista and 7 you can't actually *see* the icon since it' s hidden inside a popup area, so the usefulness of this is greatly reduced.
Considering that and the work required, I don't see us doing it anytime soon. Marking as wishlist.
