share links list of files to be searched does not update when new files are added

Bug Description
1. start control panel
2. add a file you want to share to your U1 folder
3. go to the share links tab and search for it
Expected: find the new file and be able to share it
Actual: new file does not show in the list
We need to update the list of files to search when new files are added. Ideally we can do this instantly, and not have to loop.
