I'm using Ubuntu One on Ubuntu 12.04. I was having some difficulties about AUTH_FAILED error. Thus, I've removed all credentials, removed by device from the Ubuntu One control panel and restarted everything after clearing all related directories.
Now I can not login to the Ubuntu One service. I've tried at different times, so it is not due to any service shortage. I also tried to Reset Password feature but that does not work too, with error message similar to "Unknown e-mail address". I'm sure that my email and password are true, since I can login from web and from other devices.
The related dump of .cache/sso/sso-client.log when I try to start the control panel and login and then reset password is below. It seems that the SSL handshake fails but have no idea why.
