Bug Description

We should log the right version of ubuntuone-client in the syncdaemon.log. On Windows we log: "Starting Ubuntu One client version 0.1" no matter the version that is actually installed. Having the right version number logged there will help QA, support and developers troubleshoot issues.

Moving to high priority. This has been mentioned several times lately and was a pain point for Dave Morley as he was testing 4.1.91 upgrade paths.
