Bug Description

When using a proxy, the most common case is that DNS queries are done by the proxy itself, so the SRV type queries that syncdaemon does to get at the right app server always fails.

In case of failure of that SRV query, syncdaemon selects fs-1.one.ubuntu.com, but this means that all proxy users will go to the same group of servers, breaking the balancing of Ubuntu One servers.
