Bug #375501: upgrading doesn't restart the sync daemon, so old bugs are still in effect.

Bug Description
Currently, when ubuntu one client is updated, if a user is running syncdaemon, he may continue running the old version for an indetermined amount of time (until he logs out or reboots).
Syncdaemon should notice when it's binary is changed and restart itself.
