gets confused if file deleted before sync

Bug Description
If I place a file in a folder marked to be synced by UbuntuOne and delete that file before the sync takes place, UbuntuOne remembers it has that file to sync but doesn't recognize it has been deleted. When shutting down UbuntuOne will warn that the sync is pending which it allows me to ignore. The next time I boot the problem seems to have cleared itself.
