Running Ubuntu One for windows. On the tab Folders, click button "add a folder from this computer". Choose a folder, click ok.

Hello,

The error means the syncdaemon is not able to start. Can you please confirm what's your windows username?
We had some issues when the username has non-ascii, the fix is done and will be released today or next Monday.

Thanks!
Natalia.

i'm on a domain that redirects My Documents to a mapped network share, and ALSO maps that share to my H: drive (i know, stupid, but that's the way my network overlords want it). unc path problem, perhaps?

Can you please install the new version we released today, and see if the problem still persists?

Hi Natalia,

Sure, my windows user name is cslebr. I think you need to look in another
direction also. Now, authentication failed for my ubuntu user account. Yes,
I will reset the password and try again, but it seems like there is a major
problem either with my account or the window ubuntu version im currently
using.

Cheers
/Lennart
