Ubuntu one not uploading, overload memory

Bug Description
I have two problems . The first problem is that Ubuntu One is not uploading my files in the cloud directory during the synchronization. I attached the exception log file.
The second problem is maybe linked to the first one. Ubuntu syncdeamon is taking 25% (1.3 GB) of my RAM.
