Bug Description

I am on Ubuntu 11.04.
I have a few git repositories in my" ~/Ubuntu One" Folder. End of day, On pushing my git commits to this repository, Ubuntu One synchronizes almost immediately. After a few seconds, I get a desktop alert "synchronization complete".

All looked good so far.

Next day , after I boot my machine up. I find UbuntuOne synchronizing files again. I don't understand why this was not done the first time the previous day.

Additional notes:
1. I don't have any startup or cron jobs that do any alterations to this folder. Only way this gets modified is through git push.
2. All my files have modification time of my git commit time. Nothing has been touched since the last synchronization.
3. I am from India and there could be time zone difference between my machine and ubuntu one server machine..
4. This additional resync just happens once (i.,e the next day).
5. If I try to access this git repository from another machine, before the second synchronization, I get git errors about repository being corrupt. However after the resync, it works just fine.
6. I am not clear why I got synchronization complete message the first day if it was really incompletely synchronized.

Hello Venky,

Could you please check whether there are occurrences of "UPLOAD_CORRUPT" keyword in ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log ?

This looks like LP:741165 where notification said SD has uploaded the file successfully when in fact it has not.
