Ubuntu One doesn't upload any files for syncing

Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu 11.04.
The status bar on the Ubuntu One icon in the left Unity bar stays empty.

The bar currently tracks the number of files to be transferred, rather than the size of the transferred data, which means that for a single file, the progress bar is either empty or full. Their are plans to revisit this for Oneiric, but it is unlikely to be changed for natty.
