Bug Description

The client shows too many notifications when downloading many (small) files. It needs to wait longer between notifications so it can summarize more.

So instead of 20 messages saying '[some filename] and 1 other file were downloaded to your computer.', one would get one message at the end saying '[some filename] and 39 other files were downloaded to your computer.'
